Note on candidate card when jobs close
Note in the candidate records that a role they are being considered for is now closed to save having to "not Progress" them. If we see someone else in the company is considering a candidate for a role we don;t approach them. a blanket note to all candidate records the job is dead would allow everyone to know it's no longer an option without having to look for the requirement record.

Hi Tom - this one is now complete and when a job is closed or put on hold it will automatically not progress your candidates, leaving a note on their record.
if you reopen the job it will also reinstate all your candidates as well.

yes i like this but i also want to extend it to when a job is placed and there are candidates that have not been rejected or withdrawn it comes up with an easy way of drawing your attention to take action.
the flip side of this is when a post is closed or put on hold and then the job is reopened you don’t want to then have to reinstate all the candidates again so i just need to come up with a way of tackling this scenario as well.
