Jobs and Ads should not be separate, the ad should be attached to the job all under the same reference number
The current way of doing things seems unnecessarily complicated, I don't understand the benefit of keeping them separate and having two different ref numbers
When creating the job you would still click to write the ad but it would remain within the "job file" rather than going in to a separate list
