Candidate Compliance - more filtering options

Be able to filter lists of candidate by such things as 'date created', as well as add other filters to the search results (e.g. mobile number, email address) in same way we can with ordinary candidate search results.

Hi Duane

We were able to pull this forward by a week so the new filtering options and ‘created date’ column has now been added to the Compliance To Do lists.
