Improve Talent Pool and Saved Search Relevance
Currently if anything is updated on a client/customer card (new email/phone number, "Left Message" call note etc.) the "Updated" date is updated to the date of this action. As such, the "Updated" column in Talent Pools and Saved Searches is nowhere near as useful as you might think at first glance. It is not currently possible to quickly see at a glance, the last time a candidate/client was contacted in any meaningful way.
If we could include, for example, the date of the various different call notes ,"proactive approach" or "update" etc., instead of the last time anything on their profile changed, this would significantly improve the convenience and power of these functions.
