to have multiple documents attached to an email in the doc library
To be able to have multiple documents "hard wired" to emails. For example, we may want to send out a word document as well as a contract. Currently we have to decide which one goes in the doc library and which we manually attach.
Having access to multiple docs to be attached at source would limit forgetting to attach and make our processes more compliant.

The ability to add more than 1 document at a time to an email would be great and save some time.

The ability to create additional fields in the document library so that we can upload relevant documents that we would like to be able to send out e.g. Opt-Out forms
