Expand the pop up of header notes on a company record

As we have migrated client notes into here it can be difficult to read with the current exand and scroll; we need a much larger pop up to see it clearly.

    Will be much easier with an expanded box to limit the time scanning through notes. I'd rather see all the notes for ease.
