Choose whether to send job alerts or not

It would be great if you could choose per advert whether or not to send the job alerts rather than them automatically going.

    Totally agree, there are times that you do not want to send job alerts to candidates, so to have the option would be great!

    I'd also like if you could untick individual candidates from being automatically sent the alerts, as sometimes you don't want an individual to receive a certain job alert.
