Key point of contact
The be able to mark a user as a key point of contact within the user management. The could be multiple marked as key point of contact but there must always be at least one. When someone is a key point of contact they should have a layer over their image showing this, like the hiring overlay on linked in (see attached).
A key point of contact must then be selected when doing a renewal, this way we can tie who was involved on the clients side as well. A key point of contact must have
