This will allow us to pick which CV template is suitable for which client depending on their speciality etc.

We use different approaches dependent on the person we're sending a spec cv too. Having different email templates for this would be a time saver for us and helps keep this consistent across the team.

To allow user to add merge fields in templates documents (for all remaining document types in Document Library) which will then populate when used throughout the system.
