When calling a contact about a candidate; have the ability to tag in the candidate so there is a clear link without adding them to a job
this action would then show on both the Contacts and Candidates record clearly and be easily found and reviewed within the recent actvity anytime without having to add them to a job.

When adding information on a contact, or candidate, should be able to tag them in the other record so shows on both the candidate and clients notes sections. We used to have this in a previous systems and it worked really well and made it easier to follow up and move between records.

It would be great if you could tag a client into a candidate note or vice versa to avoid the need to duplicate notes when they apply to both parties . . .

This is essential - surprised its not top of the list already.
Can be used for referencing too to linked candidate and contact!
