For the engagement indicators you should be able to choose what actions class a candidate as engaged.

New feature allowing users to set certain engagement criteria to define an overall engagement score for candidates.
Allow users to define their own engagement metrics based on their specific criteria e.g. if candidate has performed specific action or replied to email/SMS.
Scoring: The feature should allow users to assign different scores to each engagement metric to reflect their relative importance in the overall engagement score.
Search Filters: The feature should allow users to filter candidate search results based on engagement scores and other engagement metrics.
Engagement score to be made available in Reports Dashboard.
