This would be a huge help to us too! Our old CRM had "primary consultant" and "secondary consultant" fields on job records. This allowed both consultants to easily manage their workload / current jobs.
Some consultants are finding it awkward to navigate to jobs they are working on with another consultant.
I know that candidates can have second owner, it would be great if job records could be assigned to 2 (or in rare cases 3) consultants.

When working on a job with others, have it so you can assign it to more than one person so it appears in their Live job workflows
