Prepopulate some essential skills [Skills Parsing & Management]
Prepopulate the skills section with some skills that you will use for each candidate as they will be scored on the same skills and attributes.

Currently you have to search in the drop down list, select, and add each skill separately. Sometimes we have 20 skills to add so it would be good if we could select multiple from the list at one time, and not to have to click on the add button, as you've already clicked and chosen it as a selection for your final list
