Suggestion for Send CV functionality: Notify User if no CV Present
A suggestion for when sending CVs to contacts anywhere in the system, but if we could have a notification that says when a formatted CV is missing from a candidate record when either the Spec Cv action is selected, or the candidate is moved to the Send Cv stage of a job. Currently the system will just allow the user to send the email in this instance without the attachment and doesn’t flag the Cv is missing.
Current behaviour:
If one of the send Cv actions is selected and no formatted CV is saved against the candidate record, the email preview will appear and allow the user to send the email without any attachment, and doesn’t alert the user that the attachment is missing.
Suggested New behavior:
If one of the send Cv actions is selected and no formatted CV is saved against the candidate record, an amber notification could appear that tells the user there is no formatted Cv against this record, and ask if they would like to proceed, or manually attach a formatted CV (this could also simultaneously save the file against the formatted Cv section of the candidate record).
