Require a new CV for each advert application
Have the ability to disable the 'Use CV from Profile' thereby requiring a candidate to upload a new CV each time they make an application.

This is a must for us as we need applicants to tailor a CV and Cover Letter for each job they apply for. We have a closed pool of candidates.
