Add a Recruiter note when moving an applicant to Considering.
When rejecting or deleting an applicant, you have the option to add a note (and send an email where appropriate) . If the same functionality was included when moving an applicant to Considering (but a Recruiter Note) it would negate the need to open the job, find the applicant in the Considering list and add a recruiter note there. Adding a note to the candidate in the Considering list is a workaround, but it is not an integrated part of the workflow, means you always have to have two tabs open (to jump between the advert and the job), and is easy to forget to do
