Updated Date / Last Action Date
Updated date - currently this is based on activities, would like to split this into a last action date which is activities and a last updated date which would include updates to the record, i.e. chnage of status or data on the record

It's important to be able to choose which last action ie last call, last interview on candidates and last BD call on contacts.

Run candidate search on specific last action (i.e. last note left, last email sent)

In candidate module it would be useful to have a data field to display the last action type that contributed to the last updated date i.e. placement, advert application, note etc
