View CV When Making Call / Taking Notes
Currently you cannot view a candidate CV at the same time as making a phone call.
For improved usability + data protection concerns, it would be very beneficial to be able to have a CV open within the CRM whilst making a call and taking notes.
Currently you have to either:
- download the CV (goes into your downloads folder with all candidates personal details)
- Open a second tab and have Firefish open on both webpages. One for viewing the CV, and the other for taking notes.
