Having the ability to make planned changes to temp pay and charge rates without having to end the placement and then extend with new pay/charge rates would be a big. Something as simple as edit- "pay/charge and date change to take effect from" would be better than going into each placement and ending it first, then setting up an extension with new rates - this is time-consuming and too many steps for a simple rate change. Every time there is a minimum wage change or update to NI/ or parity pay kicks in after 12 weeks etc we have to end all the temp placements early and then extend them with new start date and update pay and charge rates - very admin heavy.
