Functionality that allows you to block applications from certain countries (or only allow from certain countries)

We get high rates of applications from around the world, but we need local candidates so these applications aren't suitable. It takes up a lot of time to filter these out, so it would be great if we could restrict applications somehow.

    Thanks for your idea submission!

    The best way to handle this would be to add a pre-screening question based on location to your adverts before posting to auto-reject for non-UK candidates.
