Allow contacts to have more than one lead on at a time
A part of my job is to add on leads when dealing with candidates and searching online - I am finding that when a company will be recruiting for more than one job at a time, and the current way leads work I am only able to accurately put a lead on for one job at at time. Allowing singular contacts to have more than one lead would be very beneficial. If there is a way to do this already I'd be happy to learn more.

I have multiple leads for the same contacts, and not being able to log these as you can only add one lead per contact is very frustrating.

New lead feature is great but it would be great if you can add multiple leads per company, the ability to add only one lead per company means when you have multiple users covering multi disciplines, we can't keep track of all leads.
Being able to have a lead open per job and having no restrictions would be much better
