This would allow organisations to identify workers who fall below specific age thresholds required for operational, insurance, licensing, or compliance purposes without relying on manual checks or additional screening questions.
Some organisations are required to apply different processes, restrictions, or insurance rules based on age criteria. However, directly asking age-based eligibility questions during registration or screening can create compliance and discrimination concerns. An automated flag or warning based on existing date of birth information would provide an internal safeguard for recruiters and compliance teams, helping ensure workers meet role-specific requirements before placement.
This enhancement would reduce compliance risk, support insurance and regulatory obligations, minimise manual verification processes, and help prevent workers being assigned to roles where age-related restrictions may apply.
