Prescreen questions
Introduce configurable long-answer fields for pre-screen questions (not advert prescreen, canidate details), allowing candidates to provide more detailed free-text responses during registration or application workflows.
Current pre-screen question fields appear better suited to short responses and may not provide enough space for candidates to give meaningful answers to suitability, experience, motivation, or role-specific questions. This can limit the usefulness of pre-screening and require recruiters to complete additional follow-up manually.
Longer free-text response fields would allow organisations to capture richer candidate information earlier in the recruitment process, improve candidate assessment, reduce follow-up administration, and support more informed decisions before progressing candidates to interview, assessment, or placement stages.
