The ability to log an unpaid lunch break on placements
This would then be deducted from the hours per day

This is really needed, firstly for candidates to ensure they receive the correct information when placed, and secondly to reduce the amendments payroll need to do when processing the candidate's hours.
Previously we could amend the candidates "Hours Per Day" which effectively allowed us to remove the unpaid breaks ourselves, but we are no longer able to amend this field and need an alternative solution.
