Total Rate Breakdown (Insert) update

When there are multiple rates on a job, there is a table per rate when the mergefield is in use. It should just be one table with a list of the multiple options

    Great idea, it looks messy currently so requires manual input before sending to tidy it up and remove the unnecessary table's and headers.
