    As a business leader I feel it is essential to be able to see the overall sales reports, but also be able to segment this data by teams/divisions, regions, offices etc etc.

    This is essential to seamlessly adding candidates to the system, and ensuring maximum efficiency for users. So much so, I took it as a given that this was a part of the software. Another 'nice to have' would be parsing directly from a job board much like Sourcebreaker
    .
