It is really important, if you want to contact hiring managers easily that you be able to output a list of placements and the hiring manager contact details. That feature is unavailable in FF unless it is customised as as script, which costs. It seems logical that a sales database would allow you to view placement and contact data alongside each other and a way to contact the hiring manager.
