Add search criteria to allow data cleansing
Ability to do a search that allows the user to search for records to cleanse the data.
Candidate to include has CV, Has formatted CV, Missing phone numbers, missing email address

Data upload
Provide the ability for a user to upload CSV file into their database. This should also have a setting that allows a super user to choose which level of user is able to do this (like on the deletes)

View last meeting, email, or call date
In searches, talent pools or report dashboards data, have the ability to view the last specific type of action i.e. last call, last meeting, last email, last job on

The ability to change the company on a job
This would be particularly helpful if the wrong company is assigned to the job in error, i.e. a parent company instead of a child company

On the candidate portal candidates should have the option to delete CVs
At the moment they can replace their CV and can only view the latest, but the original CV remains on Firefish. It is also not obvious to candidate's that they can replace the existing CV via the portal. It would be halpful if there was a bin or X button on the portal which removes the CV, at least on the portal, if not on FF.

User Permission Setting
Add in a user permission setting to the user management module that hides the teams drop downs from the different roles

Term & Conditions to also be sent on client interview stage.
When creating a offer on a perm job there is an option within the document library where you can add a document such as Term of Service as part of that email.
It would be good to have this same feature for the Employer Interview stage when sending the confirmation email to the client

filter by custom dates on recent activity summary on all records
When we are looking through actions on a record we have to scroll and scroll to get all the actions based on date as when we use filters we are worried we will miss something key. A custom date range filter would be good.

Have a column to show the Start and End dates to the Candidates Recruitment tab to save you clicking through
On the candidate record, when you have multiple recruitment hires against a candidate you cannot quickly see which placement they are currently in and when each of them started and ended without clicking into each one to check. A filter to review the start/end dates or a column added would be great!

Temporarily Exclude Candidate From Applying to Certain Company
It would be great if you could exclude a candidate from applying for jobs at a certain company for a defined period of time.
This would be large orgs where they have multiple locations, if the candidate has failed the recruitment process, they would then be prevented from applying for x months.

Move candidate's backwards in the job workflow
For instances where a candidate is incorrectly progressed (i.e. if they are moved to the interview stage in error and they need to be put back a stage).

Add in a 'Recruiter Phone' to the Action - Consider Email template for Adverts
We would like to share the Recruiters phone number within the Action - Consider email when shortlisting from an application into the job.

have a go to first page and last page option on all searches
When you are searching, you can go to pages 1,2,3,4,5.....etc but it would be better if we had an option to go straight to last page, and an option to revert back to first page.

Enterprise - Change job website for Adverts like you can do for Jobs
When you are in a secondary site on Enterprise, you are able to 'Change job Website' for the jobs, however this doesnt currently pull a copy of the advert along with it.
Currently, you go into the Primary site to 'create a similar' advert which then creates an advert for both the primary site and the additional secondary site leaving you with 3 adverts.
If you could copy an advert over with the change website request initially, this would leave you with 1 advert rather than 3 and a few less clicks to get there.

Job Summary - Candidate Overview
On the summary tab of the job record it would be good to see a summary of what candidates are in which stages of the workflow

Job Summary - Contact mobile/direct dial
Currently on the job page you can see the contact email address and email the contact directly from the job. It would be good if we also had access to the contact phone numbers on the job also.
