Have a placement tab on the company record
It would be good to have a placement tab on the company showing a list of all placements and other key info such as.

Suggest Function on Contact or Company
It would be great to have the ability to suggest contacts or companies with another user in the same way that you can do this on a candidate record

withdraw candidates that cancel or don't attend interview to reflect on k.p.i's
For example, if a candidate withdraws from an interview after being booked in or fails to attend there is no way at present to update firefish to show this and reflect in the data shown. The k.p.i's will still show 3 interviews were booked in even if none attended.
This information is important to an agency to learn an attendance rate of interviews.13 votes -

Contract Sales date = booked date
At the moment for perm
sales date = booked date
invoiced date= start date
however on contract both automatically revert to invoiced date. greatly beneficial if it would copy the same format as perm.6 votes -
Add people by name in a contact/candidate search
It would be very helpful and more efficient to add people by name to an existing candidate/contact search as an additional feature. Currently when running a search, if you're using multiple filters, some people could be left out, either because the coding for the person hasn't been set up right or just simply by accidentally removing someone. Therefore it would be really useful to have a feature where you could add people by name like you can in the 'considering' function. Thanks for posting.
This is currently possible using Talent Pools, which are like Saved Searches only they allow you to build dynamic candidate lists which update automatically based on your live candidate data. Talent Pools are a feature on our Professional package. I can ask one of the team to get in touch if this is something you’d be interested in?
As you’ve mentioned, this isn’t possible at the moment in a Saved Search so I’ll keep this suggestion open so it can gain support/votes from other users.

Potential job matches on a candidate record
When we put a new candidate on the system they will automatically drop into potential matches in a job but without going in to the jobs individually we can't see which ones they have dropped in to. If the candidate record had a separate section which listed the potential live jobs they have dropped in to then we could quickly see if we have any live jobs for that candidate that we can contact them about. Availability date updated by call or action
We speak to new and passive candidates every day. Some candidates will be currently in contracts weather its 2 days, two weeks or two months. Therefore, we need to be able to update their availability date quickly when speaking to them. So we can forecast when contractors are becoming available and target them.
It would be great if you could update their availability date in a update or proactive call.
Also, if preferences were update by recruiters it would also prompt them so making it dynamic by when an action is completed of qualifying the candidate or updating their preferences.6 votes -
Logging leads that link to the candidate and company who are recruiting
We would like to be able to log leads on Firefish that are associated with the candidate who has given us the lead and the company who are recruiting . It would also be great to tag/link the lead to other consultants so that it appears in their diary to action and follow up.

Link your calls to job or contacts
It would be awesome if you could link a call or action to either a contact, candidate and job. Or all three if needed.
If a contact was called about candidate issue then this would save on both records and create a trail history.
if you could link to jobs then you can show the history of the follow up call to the CVs. Therefore it works with the workflow of the job and adds to the consultant KPIs for calls.

Customising the Call Note Types
Love the new release of call note taking - great! However it would be ideal if we can customise these drop downs like we can do in all other aspects of the candidate portal. For example, your list: Update / Proactive Approach/ Follow Up etc is OK, but for us we would like to Add/Edit one to say NR/LM (no reply/left message) or Sending Later - as these are often the notes we make and it would save us having to type them out each time...

Enable us to change the headings in the documents folder to suit the needs of our business. Many thanks
It would be great if those document headings could be something we could change individually as each FF customer will collate different types of documentation. This will reduce the need to store documents in other places and save us all time.

Enable you to tag multiple contacts at once
When tagging contacts, you should be able to multi click the contacts and add a tag to them in bulk.

separate/search new registrations by consultant
on the dashboard you can access new registrations from where you can send password. you can't determine who uploaded the candidate though. it would be great to be able to segment this list by consultant so each consultant can find their own new registrations and send passwords

Email Automation to Candidates and Clients
Email automation to candidates and clients who have (for example) just started or are close to finishing. This will allow easy communications when trying to gain feedback (surveys) and in sending out candidate care emails. I.E Candidate is finishing in a week > Email automatically sends thanking them for their work, asking how they found their experience and asking what their next steps are.

Search for clients by postcode only and not radial
Our areas are defined by postcodes so to be able to search for all clients within a postcode area would be very handy
