Assign Contacts From Associated Companies
You should be able to assign a job to contacts from associated companies, and not just the particular branch the role will be based from. Often we have contacts who are responsible for role across different sites.

Great news – you can now group associated companies with multiple sites or branches together quickly and easily as ‘parent’ or ‘child’ companies.

Once your companies are associated, you can create a job and assign a contact from any associated company at interview, offer and/or placement stage.

absolutely - we currently have one company but are based in numerous locations. The clients are associated with all located companies, but we have to list them individually for adding jobs. means we have numerous records which are a bit higgledy piggledy!

Agree - this would be great, especially as we integrate across to Timesheet Portal - i need one contact to sign multiple timesheets across multiple locations
