have one default font and text size in email templates

We have set the font as Calibri in our email templates but the default text font and size is different when you add or amend the text in the template.

    Hi Emily,

    I've had the same problem. One workaround which seems successful is to open the template you want to change, click the text which says "body" (bottom left corner), then chose Calibri and the font size you want, and hit save.

    This seems to have solved it for me.

    Mind you, you have to go through this process with every template.
