Havea tab on a candidate record which matches them with contacts that might be interested in them based on mutual preference settings
Hi Fishies – great feature – visa versa why not let the reverse apply – when you look at a candidate record who have their preferences set why couldn’t there be a tab that says these contacts at these companies might be interested in them?
It seems to me that by the below the database tables already exist and its just a case of presenting in a different way ?
I for one would like to look at a new specialised candidate that has just registered with us and say to myself “ now which Clients & Prospects can I see would immediately want to receive their CV?
