Creating a new person (long list)
When creating a new contact just now I entered the surname Douglas. This offered many duplicates - 8 pages worth without any offer to increase the number of records per page so you can quick scan through all the records for a duplicate. I had to go through all 8 pages to ensure it was not a duplicate. surely by increasing the number of records you can view here it will help speed up the process and eliminate the risk of duplicate contacts.

Looks like we’ve not updated you on this one however the page controls have been added to the potential duplicates list when creating a new person.
