Functionality in talent banks and lists is extremely limited compared to most systems. Add the following:
- The ability to create Team lists and talent banks
- Add candidates to talent banks and lists
- Bulk remove candidates from talent banks
- Choose which candidates to make active in talent banks rather than the system automatically adding them to 'all' 'new' and 'active' lists
