Count emails to potential matches as a mailer
Currently if you send a bulk email to your potential matches list on a job it will send it to them even if they have opted out of email marketing. This is risky with the new GDPR guidelines and it would be better if this was also counted as marketing so if someone opts out they don't receive these messages.

Please to confirm this has now been released.
Candidates in the Potential Matches and Considering list of a job record will only be emailed if opted into email marketing.
