Allow deleted candidates to re-register

We need a way for previously deleted candidates to be able to re-register using the same email address.

Pleased to say we’ve now made some updates to what happens when a candidate is ‘marked for delete’

From now on, when you delete a candidate, their email address and candidate portal login will be deleted along with their profile details, notes and documents seven days after a candidate is marked for delete. This means that a deleted candidate will be able to re-register to your database at any time.

We’ll also be running a script to delete email addresses and candidate portal logins for all candidates who have previously been deleted. This will be completed by the end of the week.

    This is critical to using this software inline with GDPR regulations. I need for candidates to be able to be removed when not actively looking and re added when they are looking for a role.
