Potential job matches on a candidate record
When we put a new candidate on the system they will automatically drop into potential matches in a job but without going in to the jobs individually we can't see which ones they have dropped in to. If the candidate record had a separate section which listed the potential live jobs they have dropped in to then we could quickly see if we have any live jobs for that candidate that we can contact them about. We are a volume recruiter so have over 200 lives jobs available and when we put a new candidate on it takes a long time to check suitable jobs. We could then simply click a button to add them to the consider section in the job or decline them from the job without having to go into each job individually. Either this one or the ability to search jobs by postcode distance in the jobs search screen to bring up a list of suitable jobs which is another suggestion I have raised.

This is vital for us so that when we register new candidates (or work on existing candidates), we are easily able to find specific jobs that meet their job search criteria/preferences (not just contacts/companies). This could be ranked to how closely they match their preferences (similarly to the way jobs are matched to potential candidates on the Jobs tab.

Just like the current potential match on a candidate record which show a list of contacts. It would be good if you could have a similar list showing a list of jobs that the candidate potentially matches with.

This would be so beneficial...
Adding a tab like "potential matchers" that is "job matchers" in which it brings up every job along with the normal radius search option.
Make it so much easier when talking to them and going through relevant roles making sure you don't miss any. -

Would it also be possible from the candidate record to then be able to send an email to the candidate with a list of the jobs that match their requirements?

When adding a candidate it would be good if all the jobs that matched their requirements came up in the recruitment tab to make it easy to discuss the options available, save having to do a separate search.

We really need this, it would be great as some people have mentioned below to even have top 5 jobs that are commutable/suitable for a candidate as soon as we add them onto FF.

I agree with Adam. We also work on a volume recruiter and think it would be useful if we could click on potential matches from the Candidate file and find all live jobs within a given radius that best match their preferences or skills or just their location.

This sounds like a good idea (out of votes though sorry!) one small thing here is I assume job alerts cover this from a candidates point of view? Wish I could vote for it though I can see a few good applications in both marketing out candidates and improving candidate experience when calling for general updates.

Just as we have a list of candidates suggested to us when we raise a job assignment - why can't we have a list ( or top 5 ) of assignments that match a candidate when we are looking at a candidate record. Hence when we put on a new candidate on the system this list is automatically put to us under a tab.
