    Matching the candidate to specific open vacancies rather than potential companies is essential and much more useful than matching them to Client contacts.

    This is vital for us so that when we register new candidates (or work on existing candidates), we are easily able to find specific jobs that meet their job search criteria/preferences (not just contacts/companies). This could be ranked to how closely they match their preferences (similarly to the way jobs are matched to potential candidates on the Jobs tab.
