Bespoke KPIs
As a company we have different names for our KPIs to the names on the system.
For the teams to report what is going on we often get discrepancies as to what they should be logging their KPIs as.
Would it be possible for the KPIs to be made a little bit more bespoke for individual companies?

Hi Firefish Team,
I’m really keen to get something organised in the database so that client and candidate mailshots are added as a weekly and daily KPI.
I currently track this through my analytics dashboard, but it needs to sit within the weekly KPIs section too — it’s a key part of our marketing process.
We send candidate mailshots at the end of each day so that, when we walk into the office, we already have a pool of candidates interested in live roles. Likewise, when we have a strong candidate available, we send client mailshots to generate immediate interest and opportunities.
Tracking these consistently would help monitor performance over time and build a pipeline of compounding interest from both candidates and clients.
This is really important for us operationally — could you please confirm if this is something that can be implemented or arranged?

We use to the Marketing Gift option to track our BD activity. Is there any way we can add 'Marketing Gifts' as an option in the Business Development Activity section of the 'Weekly KPIs' on the main Dashboard?

The Number of new contacts added to the system - ideally against a target which is amendable in the Recruiter Portal. Perhaps include contacts that have been transferred from their previous company to a new one as well (as they would now be able to receive CVs/marketing)?

With the Weekly KPIs - these hard coded for the areas we can measure (as shown in your Dashboard at the bottom) - however, it would be good to amend these > For example - we would like to target the team on BD emails to clients - BD calls to clients - these are as important as SPEC CVs. This could come under Recruitment Activity or Contact Activity - what do you guys think?!
