ok cool we will log for the candidate categories to pick this up and remove the colour square from the candidate and for the status I think as this may not be the same for all firefish users I will see if we can get the status dropdown to be part of the termination workflow.

i.e. when someone is terminated the recruiter has the option to change the stars and then move then to any of the dropdown options.

hopefully this covers all basis – let me know if anyone else has anything to add on this one after the next release is out (this is a 2.1 feature)
