This one has definitely risen to the top so looks likely we will be tackling this in the next major release - 2.4.

Just acting on the feedback from our pre release beta customers this week on 2.3 and hopefully moving this to release next week.

Also, if you change the job to another user, can the person the ad response goes to change with it? Currently need to change both seperately

Agreed and keen to hear other users thoughts on the relationship between the adverts and jobs - currently we have then separately as this allows users to have multiple adverts per job i.e. different marketing channels and job alerts to potential candidates. It also allows users to have an advert open without having to create the job workflow until they have suitable candidates to submit.

But I get the feeling from users that these should work closer together so i am open to input on how both should interact however provide the maximum flexibility for recruiters.
