Add notes option when completing To Do actions
In To Do lists - when completing follow ups - can there be an option in addition to DONE to add notes to the record, rather than linking back in to add them - so, maybe ADD NOTE

you will now have the option to add a follow up call or email from the to-do list item or you can use the candidate hover over to simply add notes.

Hi yes this is something that we are definitely thinking around as well - We are currently reworking the complete Action framework which ties in to the post on http://support.firefishsoftware.com/firefishsoftware/topics/keep_e_mail_registrations_separate_on_dashboard Which will allow us to split the Actions into - TO DO / Diary / Quick links more effectively.
So will take this on board into the framework.
