Having a contact that works / hires on multiple sites
When setting up interviews etc could it be possible to manually type the interviewers name into the box? Very often it is someone from a different clinic who is doing the interview, so you currently just have to pick a random member of staff, which then means you cannot use the send e-mail function.

Great news – you can now group associated companies with multiple sites or branches together quickly and easily as ‘parent’ or ‘child’ companies.

Once your companies are associated, you can create a job and assign a contact from any associated company at interview, offer and/or placement stage.

It would be useful to be able to record multiple company addresses within the company profile tab. Where a client has separate address for accounts etc but is not a different branch there is nowhere on FF to record the details,

I fully agree with louise's point below - this would be the logical and common sense solution and surprises me that it hasn't already been implemented?

We have just moved to Firefish and our business has the same problem. We have contacts that manage up to 20 different sites. Only just realised Firefish doesn't support this and it hasn't migrated over : (
It would be great if it could be added onto the system, please : )

We deal with divisional managers/directors who cover a large number of businesses and who decide which recruitment company to use. However if they call us about one of their sites we have to move them from one to another, as and where the vacancy is. Also they can give us several vacancies at a number of businesses they look after.

We would like the ability to have one contact active at multiple sites. We have a number of clients that have one person responsible for hiring at various sites - there are 2 ways around this
1. moving the client contact to the client site with the active role (however, all of the sites are hiring...)
2. Duplicating the contactOption 2 will not work for us as the contact will exist in the system 7 times and the various conversations / notes will be on each contact (so it will be hard for us to see who has spoken to the contact last about what role?) HELP!

hi sorry just realised i had not responde4d to this one. So wouldn’t want to develop this functionality like this as it still would need to create a contact and have a home for them to have in a job.
Understand what you mean though and I will update this to having a contact that works / hires on multiple sites. you are more likely to get votes on it this way.
