when clicking on the email in a contact record to send one to them a record is automatically generated in the action history with the content in notes

Just came across this old one and emails can now be recorded automatically through the email icon in the header.

HI there yes this is on our road map for oct/ nov as a larger piece of work on all the actions and will be done then.
We will keep you posted on the progress on this. In the interim I am going to put the contacts email address in the header so there is a quick link to email him / her for you.
