Segment email marketing responses between opened and unread

It would be great if Firefish could segment responses for email marketing E.g. if you send out 100 emails and only 50 people open them, to then segment the 50 people who did open the email in order to keep the conversation open and candidates interested.

    I think the marketing to clients & contacts function needs a big overhaul. There need to be greater ability to filter so that specifc contact mailing lists can be setup & marketed to. Currently using contact TAGS is the only real option to create specific mailing lists
