Allow nominated users to edit talent pools
Currently, only the creator of the talent pool can edit. We've got multiple consultants mining the same talent pools for similar skills/experience.
It's a big admin task to leave it to one person to edit, so would be useful to allow the creator to also nominate admins who can also edit the talent pools too.

Talent Pools can be set as private, shared with a particular team or shared with all users. Using these sharing options will allow you to give other users access to existing or new Talent Pools.
