Need to have a data retention setting and a flag when candidates are approaching that time period.

Everywhere a candidate can be archived or marked for delete should be replaced with option to 'Delete'. This should open a pop up modal giving the user the following options:

1. Archive this candidate for a period of X* days (the candidate can be unarchived at any stage)"

   This will archive the candidate...before then appearing in a new To Do list after X days.
   A setting should be added to give the user the option to choose how many days before candidate is archived - 365 days by default.

2. "Delete this candidate including all associated candidate data - there will be no way to recover this candidate"

   This should hard delete the candidate immediately - no grace period
