Opt out of SMS Marketing prompt at Placement Stage
When you place a candidate, you are prompted to opt a candidate out of email marketing
As Bulk texting can be used on the system, it would be good to prompt to also opt out of SMS Marketing for those who use SMS marketing as well.
This requires manual work to go into a record after they have been placed to opt them out of SMS marketing as well

The SMS Marketing option will now be included in the marketing preferences modal which appears at Offer/Placement stage.
