Click "View Profile" in Outlook Addin and open in same browser tab

When you click on "View Profile" in the Firefish Outlook Add In that particular profile should open in the same browser tab that is already open and signed in so it does not open a new tab which can create issues.

    When you have multiple tabs open you can loose notes/actions including interviews and even placements. It is compulsory not to have multiple tabs open to work on Firefish however the way the outlook add in currently operates it forces you to have multiple tabs open which doesn't make sense. When you click "View Profile" in the Outlook add in panel this should automatically open that profile in the tab already open and signed in and simply navigate to that particular profile.

    Also it does not work for Contacts, only candidates so this should be fixed.

    This is a must change. Also should work on Clients not just candidates !!!!!
