Option to update Candidate GDPR status at anytime
If a candidate verbally agrees to be compliant after the 'Consent Request' email goes out we have to wait 28 days to be able to manually reprocess them and change the status to Verbally Agreed. There should be an option for any user to change the status while on the phone to the candidate, at the touch of a button. Rather than relying on the candidate to log in to make this change. Please vote for this everyone!

i.e. if they have come through as legitimate interest and then you receive full consent, this can't be reflected against the record

If a recruiter opts a candidate in under legit interest/ verbal / written/not applicable at this stage, it should be possible to still send a consent request following on from this and/or for the candidate within their portal to update their consent

Allow users to send a consent request email to compliant candidates marked with legitimate interest, verbal/written consent or contract - allowing the candidate to be 'upgraded' to full consent

It would be great if users could manually change a Candidates compliance status from the candidates record.
This would be helpful to allow me to move candidates who are already compliant under the legal basis "Legitimate Interest" to move to "Verbal Agreement" for example.

To allow users to add a legal basis option to existing candidate records, the way we can do for manual registrations
